If this is your first time, here are a few hints to get you started:

• The first time you use this service, you'll need to let our website install a very small 'plug-in' that will help you easily send us your photos.  When you see a prompting for an 'active-x control', click to accept it and it will download quickly.

• You will then see a 'choose photos' button; click it and browse your hard drive or digital camera, and select the files you'd like us to print.

• Once you've got them all selected and listed on the web page, click 'upload' to send us your photos... your beautiful prints will be ready in about an hour.
